Dr. Carol Williams, M.D.

We went in with a swallowing neck of my 6 year old son. She admitted she had no idea what it was exactly, though she gave me a presciption for the generic antibiotics and a huge amount. 26 ml every 12 hours for NOT HAVING ANY idea what was going on with my son.
She however said, it can be cancer, too....WHAT???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
She took a test for strep and some other virus I believe, I dont know sure cause she never explained me anything correctly. We come from Europe and do not speak the language as native do. I of course do not know all the medical language so I would have needed some simple explantion...which I never got!

Only instruction was to bring my son to the ST Mary's after 2 days if the swallowing neck do not go down. Well I never knew ST Mary's count as ER, so we almost ended up paying a fortune ...
She never told me why I should bring my son to the ER,  IS HIS LIFE IN DANGER??????????????????????
I was scared to death and called her back, NEVER GOT TO TALK TO HER!!!
his neck went back nicely, however not completly and I wanted to find out if it was OK, or I really should bring my son to the ER???!!! Cause nothing matters if it is about my child but then again if there are some tests need to be done why she could not taken blod from him and sent it to the LabCorp????????????????????????? Why did I hvae to go to ER??????????
Never got answer for these.. 
I called St Mary's , they told me if I bring order from the doc then it will not count as ER. Iagain called dr Williams, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK,  NEVER COULD TALK TO ANYBODY FROM THAT OFFICE AGAIN!!!
Most terrible experience I ever had with a doctor and an office!!!!!!!

I brought my son to KidMed, I love that place! They are professional, and that was what I needed! They told me that swallowing neck can be various things, and usually does not go back after a couple of days..in fact with kids even after finishing antibiotics is still OK if it does not go back completaly. 

They however took a blood test and it was negative everything is OK with my boy!!
