I've seen Calvin several times now and feel he is beginning to truly seeing me as an individual who is aware of and understands my own health issues and my medications. In my long experience with medical personnel, I have found these skills need to be proven before I am accepted as a knowledgeable person. I still find younger care providers don't completely 'get' the needs of an older person. They are quite different and separate from younger & middle age patients. To some degree it's a matter of education which, IMO, should be provided to direct care personnel. I also believe it is my responsibility to educate my pcp, especially, as to how I expect to be treated. I'm definitely more comfortable in my relationship with Calvin and believe good rapport is being established.

I don't feel Dr. Clark respects my opinions as a patient and brushes off any additional medical concerns I have like it's no big deal.When I explained an issue I was having with dizziness and almost passing out, he just smiled and blinked his eyes like a robot. It seemed he wasn't concerned but couldn't tell me what the problem might be, rather I suggested to him. I am not happy with his treatment and lack of concern of medical issues other than what my appointment is. My former primary showed care and initiative of any additional medical problems.

Calvin Clarke was very efficient and timely. Not our regular provider at this office but greatly appreciated his stepping in at the last minute (not a pre- arranged appointment) given our regular provider was booked fully. Greatly relieved to no there was no blockage in arteries of arm as heavy swelling in hand after over a month in sling due to broken humerus. Was able to find a strong pulse through the swelling.

I waited for an hour to be seen by a doctor. When he arrived he didn't know anything about me and at that moment he was looking for information regarding my problems. He didn't tell me he was looking for information he was just in the computer so I waited there without any information until I asked more questions. He did refered me to specialist and test so that was a good thing

By far this is the best drs office I've been to in a long time. With the help of Calvin he has gotten me back on the right prescriptions and I feel better than I did before becoming a patient here! I am more than happy with the treatment I receive here. I would also like to add that the nurse there is wonderful!! I regret I can't remember her name !

His medical assistant was very kind when I mentioned my husband's recent unexpected death. She had also lost her husband so I knew she truly understood. Her willingness to share her experience really helped me & I'm really grateful to her. CALVIN is friendly and willing to answer my questions with clear professional knowledge.

Calvin Clarke is a more experienced clinician now that when I first began seeing him when he was new here and I felt he better knew me. I still believe he's not really well versed on seniors and our specific health issues and that he's likely a far better family practitioner. He's personable and generally knowledgeable.

Everything is handled exceptionally well at this office. I have no complaints whatsoever. And the phlebotomists are absolutely fantastic. People in the past. I've had a very difficult time finding my veins. But not your team. They are absolutely spectacular. I am in and out of there and everything goes very smoothly.

Calvin is such a wonderful guy. Always looks forward so labs will be done for your next appointment. I really like that. He takes the time to explain everything.Also his nurse I had this day was also very friendly and asked about my meds. Be sure and give the both the feed back. I like my care very much.

My provider does a good job, he is new and we are getting along ok. Contacting the office for any reason is a pain in the neck.The automated telephone prompts are spoken too fast and I feel like I should be able to dial direct to that clinic and get a real person or be able to leave a message.
