Today I arrived punctually to my appointment with Dr Danoff. After waiting 30mins outside, I was called in by the nurse. After some procedures she asked me to wait for the doctor wearing the clinic robe. I waited for 45mins more in a small freezing room until gave up and left. Nobody in the clinic came to explain me why the prolonged wait. I felt very disrespected.
