This is now the third time this had happened. The second time I was told by the area manager this would not happen again and that Brittany was spoken to. Two day ago I called in a refill to CVS and was also informed another scrip was being refilled. Told to come in after two. Went to get and told not ready yet. In the meantime my doctor called in a new scrip to be filled. Today I have yet to be notified the status of my scrips. I called CVS and was told that all scrips have not been filled because Brittany does not like you and refused to fill scrips. Brittany is a Dr. pharm D. Another person is going to fill these scrips. I am now looking into filing a civil suit against her and criminal charges. He has caused me both physical and emotional issues. CVS and her Licensing Board feel she has done nothing wrong. If I could I would rate her less than 0.
