Brittany Willaims also want above and beyond to cause my uncle to o become homeless. He is the man in the first review. My uncle is trying to get disability but will lose his home before he can get it, as well as everything he has Brittany Williams plus the people she works for know what my uncle is going through and they are doing nothing for him. They want him to die. My uncle is 60, has a bad heart and eyes and other problems. When Brittany locked up it caused to come back his PTSD but forced him into a mental hospital anyway that hurt him more . Brittany hated my uncle because he is gay and she is a hater. My uncle is a good man who would do anything for anybody and does not deserve what Brittany and those haters did to him.
I found Brittany to be a very caring and compassionate therapist. She went above and beyond in her care for me. I am a lesbian and never felt in anyway that she was homophobic . She was very fair in her judgement of me I am a self-mutilator and she could’ve had me hospitalized many times throughout our sessions but she always trusted me which allowed me to keep my job. She was very supportive and helpful all the way through. On the days I couldn’t find my words she would sit in silence with me. She helped me find my self worth and taught me how to cope with life’s ugly. I would recommend her for anyone going through the ugly stuff. She is a very helpful and thoughtful person.
If mental health treatment were treated the same as law enforcement, Brittany Williams would be a dirty cop. I was being abused at my place of employment. I had spoken to my counselor about these incidents, but after one particular bad day, I called the clinic's after-hours line, as I was terribly upset. Brittany Williams was the counselor who responded. As I poured my guts out, she mined my chart selecting details to include in an Affidavit for a 96 hour psychiatric hold she filed against me. In it, she refers to me as a "58 year old homosexual male." I am gay, yes, but have not been involved in the gay community in over 10 years...nor did my sexual orientation come up in any conversation I had with her. It's in my chart because I have disclosed it to other staff members at the clinic (FCC Behavioral Health). I come to find out a couple of things: 1) Brittany Williams is a right-wing conservative Christian. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of the Ozarks, a conservative Christian college. Her work history indicates employment with a conservative Christian drug-rehab program for teens. I also learned that her supervisor at FCC Behavioral Health is related to the manager who was abusing me at my place of employment. Brittany lied in the Affidavit that I had lost my job. I had not, as the owner called the following Monday to ask where I was, and that I needed to be at work. it was a message, because I was unable to answer my phone that Monday. Brittany's Affidavit was filed Saturday, and I was handcuffed and hauled off like a criminal to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for an involuntary psychiatric hold. Brittany stressed that the treatment be involuntary (forced) in the Affidavit. I am currently working with a new therapist to overcome the reopened trauma Brittany's actions caused. I would not recommend this ethically corrupt, homophobic, vicious woman for any mental health treatment.
