Bri has seen me (and my wife) a number of times as she has been our care provider for almost a year.  She is always attentive, informative, and listens carefully to our problems.  She provides reasoning for her diagnosis and provides a verbal and written care plan for treatment.  The big thing for me though, is how attentive she is, how well she listens, and is in no hurry to rush us out the door.
