I was referred by a friend who said Dr. Ju is great, and that was definitely my experience too. He is intelligent, honest and straightforward, and very personable. I had a lipoma growing on the back of my neck, it was almost the size/shape of half a tennis ball. He was honest about the potential complications (being near my spine) and the long term results (possibility of it returning) and he explained it all very clearly. On my surgery day, I was put under anesthesia so I did not experience any pain. I closed my eyes for one second and when I opened them I was in the recovery room and the lipoma was gone. The scarring was minimal and the healing time was quick and easy. If/when this lipoma comes back, I'll definitely be visiting Dr. Brian Ju again.
