After 6 months of leaving voice mails, in person messages, emails, and phone calls, my dental insurance company still has not received an invoice from this practice. Now my Carecredit no interest promotional period is over and I will be paying 6 months of back interest because of this office and their ineptness. They are not motivated to bill my insurance company, because they have already received their money from Carecredit. So therefore, I do not recommend using this facility or their services. I am very disappointed in their lack of concern, lack of follow through and general lack of care.
Great experience with a teen who needed 4 wisdom teeth removed. I could not say enough about the great care of Dr. L and his staff. Billing coordinator was a little curt, but I had the feeling they heard all types of excuses when it comes to payment.
