The problem wasn't with how the Dr explained things. I went it for 2 things, I had throat pain, I felt like I was swallowing rocks as well as severe pain in my right shoulder/arm that was keeping me awake at night amongst other things. They tested me for strep, it was negative, gave some pill to help with the pain in my throat and that was going to be it, he wasn't going to look at or do anything about my shoulder. When I asked him if he was going to look at my shoulder he seemed upset that I even asked and said he doesn't have time to look at both it's one or the other and they already checked my throat. I told him I really needed them to look at my shoulder that's what's really bothering me, I can't sleep because it hurts so bad, he grabs my arm, not hard, picks up asked me if it hurt, I said no, he manipulated it into a different position and asked if it hurt, I said no and he just I don't what's wrong I suggest you go to your primary doctor and have them look at it. He prescribed me a muscle relaxer and non narcotic pain med and left. I don't know what is going on at this clinic but when your doctor is telling patients that they don't have enough time to examine them and go over the things that are wrong with them then something is wrong. And that's why my review of this Dr is so bad, he was rude and didn't seem to care he just wanted to rush me in and out as fast as he could, he chose the easiest thing he could to treat and tried to send me on my way and when I asked him to actually check my shoulder he did a half assed job and told me to go somewhere else.

Bent Hymas has always helped me and I appreciate his expertise. It is comforting to know that he is at that clinic.Absolutely an A+
