Dr Bret is the best Dr to give really detailed info about what's happening with my health issues. He can give technical info as well as laymens info that most patients want and need and he takes the time to answer all my questions. Out if the many Drs I've had over the last 15 years of u is sues, he would be in the top 3 that have helped me to stay alive.

Brett is a smart and caring provider. I am never nervous going to my appointment with Brett as he is easy to talk to and will offer solutions that he believes in and if I don't agree he will listen to me and try to find an option that is amenable to us both. I feel lucky to have Brett in our small community and he is definitely a blessing to me.

I think Bret is a great guy and personable and knowledgeable. He doesn't seem to have a lot patience with me at times, too many obtuse questions on my part maybe, not sure. He tends to talk very fast and at times doesn't seem to listen to my concerns too well, or try and confirm that I understand what his instructions are.

Dr. Mullenhauer is an excellent heart doctor. He listens to what I have to say and my opinions. We talk about the different options including the pros and cons. He respects my decision. I have always received excellent care from Providence providers, both here in Hamilton and also in Missoula. I'm finding my relationship with my regular doctor to be less satisfying, and am thinking about moving my basic care back to Missoula. Have always been happier with Providence/St. Pats

Last year, I had a very unpleasant experience with a PA at the Missoula location of the heart institute. When offered the opportunity to switch to the Hamilton location, I jumped at the chance. This provider was a vast improvement over the previous one.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable and thorough. Only concern was he talked too fast for me and I wasn't able to absorb everything due to my slower abilities. Regarding that I did forget to mention enough about some previous tests and diagnosis.
