Brandy was my guiding light during a dark time in my life.  I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression.  I didn't realize how bad my symptoms were until I had time to jump off the rat wheel of work-life.  I experienced severe PTSD, where I couldn't drive down certain streets, or listen to music, easily startled by loud noise; I would cry in certain areas around town, and I developed social anxiety because of the trauma I had endured.  I had physical elements like developing rashing when in high stress/anxiety, spasms, body aches, headaches, nausea, acid reflux, severe fatigue, severe dizziness, poor cognitive function, quick blackouts, and stimulation overload around busy or loud places.  
This had been my first experience with severe anxiety and depression in my life.  During the time I was looking for a therapist, I had come across unprofessional people, and I was losing hope in finding help. After months of disappointing therapist contact, I found Brandy. She was professional, kind, relatable, and genuine.  I felt heard and felt that this was not just a job for her but a passion for getting her patients back to good mental health.  She provides a no judgment and safe environment.  Brandy also has many tools to help a person get through their moments of despair.  
I would highly recommend Brandy! If you are struggling with anxiety and depression I would 100% go to her.
