For many years I had gone to Dr. Helmkamp. He was always pleasant and caring until one appointment where he became rude and dismissive and refused to answer my questions. I was shocked. I had never seen this side of his personality. Whether he was having a bad day or there was some other issue does not excuse his insensitive behavior. I left the office in tears and never went back.
