Office staff scheduled appointment for the correct day but for the wrong office location (35 miles away), even though I confirmed the appointment during the 3 phone calls I made in order to request the 9 pages of forms that need to be filled out before an appointment. It took 3 calls because the office staff couldn't get the email address correct, even after phonetically spelling it out so as to avoid an confusion.

I showed up on time for the appointment at the Scappoose office, but Dr. Kadakia wasn't there because the office staff had scheduled the appointment for the Tualatin office.

Even though I've waited 3 weeks for this appointment in hopes that an acupuncture treatment will relieve my back pain, I cannot abide an incompetent office staff. I am now looking for a new provider.
