I am one of those "special cases" with difficult illnesses to treat, the main ones being Mold (from the Cedar Hills Rec Center in Beaverton- don't exercise there!) and because of the mold from the rec center, very high levels of the Epstein Barr Virus (lucky me!) It took me two years after the mold exposure at the moldy rec center to find a doctor to help me, and I have gone through a few more in the last 22 years of my epic health quest. The doctors I have found have been good, but able to only get me so far. When my last doctor (rating: meh) moved to another state, I started calling doctors in my area. I got lucky when one said, "THIS is who you need to see!" and gave me Dr. Flores' information. I have been seeing Dr. Flores ever since, and that doctor was right- Dr. Flores is THE DOCTOR for people like me! Even though long-term mold and EPV has left me with a lot to heal, we are doing it, bit by bit! Dr. Flores is kind, intelligent, funny, empathetic, well-educated, and extremely experienced in what I need. And I enjoy my visits with her. How often can you say that about a doctor visit? And and- I'm getting better! Trust me, that's not something I've been able to say much about doctor visits, either. But thanks to Dr. Flores, I'm healing!!!
