I had a blood test at the office - no one called me back to discuss the results. I had to call twice to ask for a consultation and finally came to the office to pick up the paper - they promised to send it via email but never did. (I never got the consultation btw). Now it's the end of February and I still get mail from the laboratory that did the blood test. It's second time already - after first mail I called the office and they assured me that this happens very rarely and after I send this letter they will fix up the issue by themselves. I guess it's not the last time I receive this mail on this blood work... Need to call to the office again! The doctor herself is great, though I wouldn't recommend her just because of total chaos they have on the frontdesk.
