He was professional and personable which is a difficult balance. I had a lot of questions regarding the options for my health and he explained it to me in a way that I could understand. I really appreciate that. Most the time a doctor has such a limited amount of time that they end up giving you a handout to explain your options or your treatment and a lot of times it doesn't cover specifically your condition and it's more confusing to me than anything else it just brings up more questions after the appointment. Because then I think maybe I misunderstood the doctor because there's so much information here that I didn't think pertains to me. So this was so much easier and it saved a lot of time in the long run because I'm not calling and leaving questions for your doctor's and nurses or having the pharmacist call. I felt like I left the appointment understanding clearly my treatment and my options.

It was the first time I was seen by Dr. McWhotwer. He was very helpful with explaining things. I would see him again. I haven't been able to see my primary in a timely matter. It's always three months out for appointments. Just becasue she is good & Dr shortage.

Benjamin Mcworter that guy is great he listens to everything. I tell him and explains everything perfect he's a great doctor or you know nurse practitioner whatever he is but he's great he's one of the smartest ones that ever listened to thanks very much.

Dr. Ben Mcwhortle is amazing. I have been praising him since I met him. He answered all of my questions, he was able to help me with my feet that have been in agony for over a year, I am so thankful I was out with him when I needed a new primary.

Ben was super helpful - he listened to my concerns, explained possible solutions, and helped me establish a new prescription that I am optimistic about. He was attentive and personable. I'm honestly bummed that he is not a regular care provider.

I needed to get in immediately for a kidney stone. I was seen within the hour, taken back to exam room quickly & most important - listened to. This dr is not my primary dr but he was familiar with my records. I would recommend him to others.

Ben was al very caring and understanding.He made sure all my concerns we met and did I have any other things or concerns for when I go see my new regular doctor. I was really hoping he was a full time doctor . He very kind and caring .

Courteous, knowledgeable, willing to discuss method of treatment with medications I had questions about. He is a new provider to me as my prior NP left Providence. He has helped me with refills and now a medicine for my elevated A1C.

This was the 1st time seeing this physician. I requested the follow-up as I had been to the walk-in clinic 10 days earlier & was not improved. I felt he listened to my description of symptoms & responded appropriately.

I like him, he is a good listener, seems concerned. Very happy with him at this point. Just wish I would've remembered the other things I wanted to talk about, but I use my chart so I will communicate that way.
