Mrs. Bella Pinkatz, DDS

I came for a deep cleaning but the person who typically does the cleaning was not available, so Dr. Pinkatz decided to do the cleaning herself. She just went in and started drilling away and though I was in extreme pain, never asked if I needed a sedative, which is not even a question when the cleaning person does the job. Even worst, when she saw my eyes tearing from the pain, she smirked as though she thought it was amusing that I was such a wimp. Well, I could not continue, so she only did half of my teeth. When I came back for the other half with the proper person, it was the exact opposite. I was given a sedative and it was even a pleasant experience. I am shocked that someone with, I presume, many years of experience does not seem to recognize that different people have different pain thresholds and that it is nothing to laugh about. Much less in front of the patient. I am never coming back to Dr. Pinkatz office. 

The work done on my teeth is worst as it gave away within few months. The office staff lacks communication skills and is worst in coordinating between the patient and insurance. The doctor, though was told the problem over and over kept giving the same reason rather than a solution. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
