He was court appointed in my case and his behavior was like he was high on something. Not sure if he had a mental breakdown but something's definitely wrong with that guy. Stay away from him like the plague, ESPECIALLY if you're a dad with primary custody. He will make it his life's goal to take that away. I was one of the few lucky ones who stood my ground until he got caught lying to the judge - then poof, he quit. Thank GOD!!!
