Dr. Winograd really cares!  Any wait time is because she gives extra time to those in crisis.  I have been the person that needs the extra time for my visit because I was teetering on the border of a breakdown and she took the extra time to talk to me and really help me.  I have also been on the side of the patient that is waiting because her appts are running late because she spent extra time with someone.  I don't want someone who is just going to write me a prescription and rush me out.
