would not call  me back, a patient under his care when he knew I was in terrible pain. Reported him to the Texas Board, and of course he Lied on his reply to them to save his butt. Beware, there are a lot of good pain management doctors in the tyler area. My choice, STAY AWAY FROM mr. austin harper, a man with a medical licence. Terrible
