unhelpful and impossible to reach, didn't listen to my concerns of medication changes had to go through specialist AGIAN just to get all of my maintenance meds reinstated. Had major surgery left message about complications heard back from her 2 plus months later.

Came in to get FMLA signed by Dr. Shane’s. Asked for a rheumatologist referral and was denied. I had a pending referral with my podiatrist however, I found out now fr Multicare specialist, I guess  most rheumatology clinics are by “primary care referral only.” I have waited more than 30 days to get a referral fr specialist (not accepted I guess fr Local rheumatology clinics that supposedly only accept primary care referrals) and I was now told that could have gotten a referral if my primary had sent the referral in the first place. I believe if she new this, she would have sent the referral.

If you might have L&I, she will refuse to run basic diagnostics test to rule out anything. I basically had to find my own specialist. Not helpful.
