This Dr is ALWAYS overbooked. Your appointment time is only a "suggested " time to arrive.  I've waited up to three hours past my appointment time. 
Some of his PA are very nice and listen very well but some are very abrupt and abrasive.  I asked not to have one PA not to see me. But most are very attentive and listen to your assetment of what is "going on with you".  I've been going there for over a year (maybe 18 months) and because of laws I have to see a Dr to get my pain meds every month
