My hubby and I took our autistic and ADHD son to this office after being recommended. He was very late for our first appt.... but it went ok. Our 2nd appointment was tough, he doesn't seem interested in listening to everything we had to say. We followed directions but wasn't getting much information out of him. Lastly, I had to re-schedule our 3 appt 2 times due to my job and the fact that we only have 1 vehicle at the time. Well I received a letter of termination for missing my appointment. I called to tell them i never missed an appt....the assistant told me hold on....Mr. Pol answers and told me that he doesn't get paid when we don't show up .... well, I told him we don't need your service and thank you!!! Talk about rude!! unprofessional!! I will never spend my money there again, and we have excellent insurance....just a word to the wise.....beware...........
