Tried to set up a wellness appointment for my children, a second appointment. I was informed they had no record for one of my children. Because they lost my child's records, I was informed that, again, it was my responsibility to get the records from the previous Pediatrician. The previous Pediatrician is a nightmare in itself, no human to speak with, nor a place to leave a message, unless it is an emergency. Anyway, called West Chester Pediatrics back and informed them they would need to contact the previous Pediatrician if they wanted these records. I was told, get the records or we will remove your children from our list. With this rudeness, I had my children removed. Run from these people.
