Office is in deplorable filthy conditions. Front desk girl is the only one for everything. She lost my son’s Vanderbilt forms and Doctor had to do assessment twice, luckily I had taken pictures of forms. Doctor prescribed an A.D.D med that was discontinued on the market, and when I called the office to let them know that he needed to change to an alternative medication, the front desk girl said she would inform the doctor, and I have been chasing them for meds with no call back, left numerous voicemails without a return call for 2 weeks. This is MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE at its fullest!!!!!! I lost all my money on copays, and never got the prescription meds. My kids are without meds thanks to his wonderful one staff person and a Doctor who doesn’t care to resolve the issue. Never experienced such a medical nightmare like this one. Foolish of me for not looking into his reviews. There is a reason for Doctor reviews.
