This has to be the most unprofessional office I have ever been to in my life....they are so unfriendly, do not return phone calls, and LIE to you and tell you they accept your insurance and then LIE to you and code it wrong so they can say "it is not covered" and charge you full price!!  When you call to question it they forward you to an unanswered voice mail every time and would not even call back after several messages left by me and by my insurance company who was calling them to tell them my services were covered.  I have informed Aetna that the need to drop them as a dentist on their plan, as they are advertising for them that they accept Aetna insurance when they in fact are absolutely not.   When I finally got someone to answer the phone after 5 days, they told me they could not take me as a patient.  I have reported them to Aetna corporate for fraud and other state agencies and awaiting a response.
