Mr.Hassan has little to no time to get to know his patients or families. He did not help my family see my father after he gave him a “hopeful” recovery. His ego is very upfront and not bruised by his failures on my father. He was not an advocate for my family to see my father. To this day we do not know my fathers state of mind. He died along and Mr.Hassan was excited to be at his autopsy but not excited to get my family to see my dad or even follow policies of the hospital to setup zoom or facetime. We did not know these were options. Mr.Hassan does not have time to explain those things to you or your family. He called my fathers surgery “successful” but a successful surgery is when the patient comes home. My father did not come home. Do not be led on by 20 years of “experience” as you can do something for 20 years and still not be successful.
