We have been coming to the Largo office for five years and have noticed a decline in the front office staff’s performance. The Pandemic cannot be the blame for everything. The front office staff lacks true customer service finesse. It took three months just to get a letter saying my son had seasonal allergies (after they lost the form that I turned in). Also, they called five minutes before closing to tell me that a camp form was ready to be picked up but they would not be open until Tuesday morning which is also the first day of camp. I won’t even talk about all the personal conversations going on.   I am so disappointed in the service that I am now looking to transfer to the Columbia office in hopes that they are better.
