Dr. Anna Hong Nguyen, DMD

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. She wouldn't listen. She is not my regular dentist. I unfortunately had to go to her cause of toothache. She just kept talking and just did not listen. Will never go there again. The whole practice - including the one in Ponds Edge Drive, Chadds Ford is a ghost town. 

This doctor is one of the worst I have seen - she is rude, ignores questions and unnecessarily harsh with the treatment. I initially refused numbing for my deep clean and she told me that I was going to regret it. And I came away with a lot of pain and bleeding as she poked with a lot of force. I have 1 crown, and it has come out for the 3rd time in 1 year - she does not give any post-care instructions but spends the treatment time gossiping about her kids or other patients with her staff. I would never go to her, and I would not recommend her to anyone. 

Went in for routine teeth cleaning end of Sept/early Oct and they wouldn't do this due to missing some of my xrays. Next appt was over a month out. When I ensured xray issue was cleared up before coming back in Nov. for routine cleaning they wouldn't give me the service then, stating I need a deep cleaning. I stay on top of my dental care and regiment and know that my teeth just need to be cleaned routinely, not a deep clean, which isn't covered by insurance. The whole experience was horrible and felt like a scam to get more money out of patients. My advice, don't waste your time at this practice, find somewhere else.
