She smiles, laughs and refers to your experience as you describe it as "popular these days".
When asked how familiar she is with the specific experience  described she references her service in the clinic "with people of all ages and all different types of neurological concerns". When the question is rephrased she evades the question again with smiles. Not a good experience.
