I scheduled an in-person visit but it was changed to a video visit at the last minute, without notifying me. Anna was then apathetic and dismissive. She did NOT listen to what my concerns are, but rather fixated on one (small) aspect and decided nothing else mattered. This was only an initial consultation. At the end of our visit she made it clear that she did not have any desire to help me and instead gave me a website for online/telephone therapy (after I specifically told her I'm not comfortable doing therapy online or over the phone). DO NOT EXPECT HELP FROM THIS WOMAN! You're better off taking a walk and talking to your own shadow.
