Dr. Ann M. Zhou, DO

This was my first visit w Dr. Zhou. A couple of the questions I cannot accurately answer and options did not leave me other options to answer appropriately so please keep that in mind. My first visit with Dr. Zhou was very pleasant. She and the office staff were all very nice, helpful and respectful. Blood work was ordered for me and when results came in, I did have some questions, but Dr. Zhou was on vacation. A stand in Dr. Did answer my email in a timely manner. Overall, my first experience with Dr. Zhou and the medical staff was very pleasant and I look forward to my next follow up with Dr. Zhou.

Dr. Zhou's transcribed notes of our examination room conversation was very detailed and correct. Compliments to the transcribing staff.I was pleased that the doctor listened to everything I said and that her initial diagnosis was apparently correct. The muscle relaxant she prescribed took a few days to take effect, but on the third day the pain level was down to minimal and my range of motion was reasonably close to normal.

The physician who attended me on the video call. Was careful thoughtful with questions. Access my medical records to make excellent decisions for my care. With her help I continue to improve. I am grateful for her conscientious manner and ability to communicate my diagnosis to improve my outcome.

Very nice provider and addressed all my concerns, but it was my first visit and she didnt try to get to know me, just started the visit off reading my reason for visit and got right into it. No establishment of rapport which is what I'd expect a little more of from my pcp.

Dr. Zhou is absolutely the best doctor. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is also a nice person who cares about my health as well as my cost. She did not order the unnecessary tests like some other doctors would have done.

Dr. Zhou has the knowledge of a great details of my conditions. She gives clear explanations and advice and her bilingual skills are very much appreciated. The assistant is very helpful and friendly.

Primary physician showed sincere concern on my health issues. Provided understandable explanation on my abnormal EKG. Readily sent a cardiologist referral to the insurance company.

Dr. Zhou and the staff are warm and friendly. This was the first time I saw Dr. Zhou and I didn't feel rushed. Test results come fast with the doctor's detailed explanations.

I love my new Dr. Zhou. She is extremely thurow. Will not hesitate to order test to confirm your wellness. I trust her, and feel safe under her care.Thank Dr. Zhou!
