Horrible! I went in to see this doctor and instead I had someone else see me (who was not a doctor) it took about 2 minutes for them to tell me they would need to consult with the actual dermatologist and took a picture then sent me home. THEN I get an out of network bill because they billed me under another provider. NEVER go to this location unless you want to pay to not get actual service.

On my second appointment with Dr. Le, she was very friendly and told me a lot about herself when I never asked her for any information. She even tried to teach me correct pronunciations of the Vietnamese language. She told me what her name meant in the English translation and exactly how to pronounce it correctly in Vietnamese. She spent about a half an hour, over and above the time spent to do the surgery, even writing many things down for illustration purposes. She was more friendly than I could have ever imagined. I was treated more like a friend than a patient! She told me that she got married late at age 39 and was currently 46, but most people guessed her at about 35. She told me her husband was mostly Vietnamese and part Chinese. She also told me she couldn't have kids and that she tried real hard at one time. She told me Le was her maiden name, and that was the name on her license. I found out later her husband's name is Bruce L. Phung, and he is a local dentist in Chino Hills at Prefer Dental. She told me some people refer to her as Cinderella but her husband was no prince, and that there was no prince currently in her life. She told me she was trying to refinance her house but was having a little trouble qualifying for the loan. I was also told that she was the bread winner in the family. She advertises that she also practices out of an address in Corona at 2190 Saltbush Circle, Corona, Ca. I believe this is her home address, judging that she told me she lived in Corona near Green River Rd. I thought it was illegal for a doctor to run part of their business out of their home, but I guess not. Things soon changed abruptly for no reason. She became very quiet and extremely unfriendly, and sort of mean. Later on she called in sick, a couple of times on my appointment days, and I had to reschedule my appointments, for times that weren't really convenient for me, and that was a couple of months down the road. One time she scheduled two procedures for one day, then on the appointment day I was told that I had to make a choice as to which one I wanted done because they didn't have time for both. When I tried to reschedule for the procedure they didn't have time for, I was told it had to be at a time that was totally inconvenient for me, and that was the only time it could be done. This was verified with Dr. Le by that same girl handling the scheduling. Something is really wrong with this lady, I'm not sure what it is, but she really needs help! She can be really nice, and also be really mean without any warning. I've worked with people in the past that had real similiar characteristics, and found out later they had a substance abuse problem. I'm very surprised she is still in business!
