Dr. Andrey Mazo, D.M.D.

I saw Dr Mazo for an urgent tooth issue.  I was able to get an appointment in a couple days for severe tooth pain.  His bedside manner was less than stellar and he could not figure out which tooth had a problem or the cause.   Due to severe tooth pain and some inflammation , he prescribed me pain medication, oral antibiotics and a mouthwash.  He recommended I see an endodontist ASAP.  Two days later I saw the endodontist who said my tooth was cracked and I would need an urgent root canal.  That was performed with excellent communication which put me at ease.    I followed up with the endodontist for part 2 of the root canal and once again the procedure had excellent communication and bedside manner.  I needed to follow up with Dr Mazo for my crown.   I had an early evening appointment and he as 45 mins late.  His assistant brought me back to the exam room.  As soon as I sat down in the dental chair,  it was if I interrupted the dental staff.  No one introduced themselves.  The procedure was not explained to me.  People walked in and out of the room without saying hello or letting me know when they would be back.  There was absolutely no common courtesy or professionalism.  I was shocked.    I received a text to give feedback after that visit and I let the office know of my concerns.  I was hoping that some of the issues would be addressed before I returned for part 2 of my crown.  When I returned for part 2 of the crown, the only thing that changed was the staff was punctual.  However, once again when I sat down in the dental chair I was not given any information.  There was no introductions of staff.  There was nothing said about the procedure.  I know that the staff must do a. lot of crowns.  However, I have never had one in my life.  Also it is very uncomfortable to have people entering and exiting a dental room without introductions and letting you know when they would come back.  I cancelled my future appointments with Dr Mazo and All dental and will never return.  I would not recommend this dentist to anyone
