Would give a lower review if I could. The rudest office manager and dentist I have ever interacted with. The address that's on file registered with my insurance isn't their address, when I showed up for my original appointment and the office was closed, I called confused; they directed me to an office with a different name, about 3 miles away from the address that's on file. During my original consultation when I was trying to explain my dental history the dentist interrupted me multiple times to say "that didn't happen" or "a dentist would never do that," and when I insisted that I was sure of my history he went on a rather long rant about how he would never do that procedure at his dentistry and he would have demanded a refund if he was me. 
Later I had two appointments in one week, had an emergency the day of the first appointment and had to cancel. Never spoke to the office manager about the second appointment later in the week, because I could have made it to that one no problem. I show up to the appointment and was told by the office manager that they had cancelled both appointments, due to me not being able to make the first one. At this point I tried to get a refund for the copay I had paid for the appointment that was now cancelled. I was told by the office manager "I'm not giving you a refund until your insurance pays for the services we provided you last month, your insurance never pays us and I won't refund you until then." Tried to question this because I wanted a refund for services that hadn't actually been provided, I paid a copay for a service that wasn't provided and felt I was entitled to that refund. The office manager told me "Your little money means nothing here to me until I get paid by your insurance provider, unless you have a check from them in your hand to pay me I will not give you your money back," and she told me to "call my insurance if I didn't like that." 

I had to call to my insurance to demand a refund, and now I have to wait 30 days to MAYBE get my refund on a copay I paid for a service that was never even rendered. Do. Not. Go. Here.
