Very friendly at first, but mostly just interested in getting you on her Botox protocol for migraine.  She will then never actually speak to you herself again.  You might get care coordinated through her nurse, but she doesn't care otherwise.  Guessing Botox is just a major cash cow for her.  Botox day is a production line, you will get 14 shots in 30 seconds, and no time to ask questions or raise concerns.  It's traumatic and she doesn't care.
