Extremely unprofessional experience with Dr. Amy Schonfeld with Golden State Neuropsychology and deserves a 0-Star review. Dr. Amy Schonfeld will attempt to run up a client bill to $25,000 without the clients permission nor knowledge. Golden State Neuropsychology provides a contract that is not transparent with the excessive work that will be attempted totaling $25,000. Dr. Amy Schonfeld had inaccuracies through out the template looking report. The report could not be used in court due to numerous inaccurate points and could be easily deemed inaccurate by an opposing party. We provided the correct information and Dr. Amy Schonfeld wrote the data incorrectly in the final report. Dr Schonfeld completes and closes the report before the paying party could proof read the report for incorrect information. A doctor charging $675 an hour needs to provide accurate, reliable and correct final report. Golden State Neuropsychology’s office in Calabasas has a dated and Soren interior, dogs running around the office and jumping onto clients laps without permission. Come on. Run at least a clean and professional office. The secretary who is owner’s husband Scott Mellor was confronted with the excessive unauthorized up charges. He said to look at the contract and hung up the phone. Scott Mellor’s unprofessional behavior demonstrated that of one who depends on overcharging clients without transparency and without authorization.

Hiring Dr. Schonfeld with Golden State Neuropsychology was truly a nightmare of an experience, unprofessional, and received an inaccurate report. Avoid Dr. Amy Schonfeld with Golden State Neuropsychology at all costs.
