Amy was a great therapist in the beginning. Amy took my in as her client after I had shared with her why my last therapist fired me. Amy reassured me that she would never fire me as a client and the only reason she would is if I showed up to her home with a gun. I have never showed up to her home with a gun. Amy knew I have severe abandonment and attachment issues. So bad to the point where I would frequently check in and ask her if she was going to fire me.... Amy got annoyed and told me to stop thinking about her leaving me and again reassured me that she was not leaving. Amy and I have THOUSANDS OF TEXT MESSAGES. With one another, and frequently hour long phone calls with one another. Our longest phone conversation was an hour and 27 minutes back in January Amy expressed to me vocally over the phone one night when I was upset and she took my call that she CARES A LOT ABOUT ME, even told me "I LOVE YOU." Amy has been my therapist for a year and a half. Amy and I have went on a total of 8 hikes together. There was no doubt in my mind she cared for me, I've even thanked her several times for being the only one who actually cared for me.... we once met and went on a 2 hour hike. Amy has sent me selfies of her and her dog, she has even let me virtually meet both of her children. Amy formed a close bond with me even to where she told me she cared for me like a mom. I'm just not understanding, when she fired me today she said she can't work with me because she thinks she is triggering my attachment.... well yes that is true, she intentionally "spoiled" me (she called me spoiled.) And expected for me not to grow attached. Not fair for someone with my diagnosis. I have record of both mine and Amy's call logs and texts from the whole time I've been seeing her. Now that she has fired me, and went back on our contract and her will to stay committed to me and my mental health I have been sick since she passive aggressively was hinting away the issues to me that she had with me. Amy waisted my time and has put me at risk several times including now. Amy went as far as telling me our last session that I bring her down all the time.... and proceeded to tell me therapy is only temporary. ??? Which she did not say that in the beginning. I am currently seeking out counsel for the mental and emotional suffering she has caused the have lead to physical damages as well. She fired me because she has terrible boundaries and she knows she messed up.... today I asked for her help. I needed her help I asked her to take accountability for her actions and that would be the start to my healing from dealing with her neglect. She refused and called the police on me saying she didn't feel safe. I have never given her a reason to not feel safe. She is the one who hurt me.
