Had two good sessions with Amy Titzer. Let her know after our second session that I was intentionally scheduling our next for a certain date/time. Days after scheduling, she moved the appointment to the day before what I scheduled and at the same time of day. This was done without any notice and without my consent. I emailed twice before the 24 hour cancelation deadline to see why the appointment was changed. I even checked her schedule and saw that the time I originally put was still listed as open. With no response after 2 emails, I decided to cancel and seek out another therapist. So two appointments and copays down the drain as I have to start over again. Really not happy with the lack of communication through this.
