My previous experiences with surgeons have generally reinforced the stereotype of surgeons as egotistical creatures, good with their hands but seriously lacking in people skills - such as, for Instance, listening to patients. Dr Abdul-Jabbar and his team are an amazing conuterpoint to this generalization.. They are knowledgeable, thoughtful and perceptive - I have never encountered a medical team that did their homework better, listened better, or paid more attention to making sure that I understood both my present condition and their plan for helping me deal with It. I feel fully confident having my care In their hands.

Dr.Abdul-Jabbar and his care team provided beyond outstanding care. My entire family is deeply grateful for how he cared for me when I fell ill in December. Then the doctor and his team cared for me throughout my recovery over the next two months. We can attest to the fact that I received the best medical care along with a level of compassion and support that only an experienced, knowledgeable, and a doctor who strives for excellence when dealing with every patient could provide. He makes sure he's famiiar with you before meeting you by reading over your medical history. He then explains everything so clearly. I had to major surgery's one being at least the 6th in the neck and the result and care Amazing as well as my back with I have no idea there. What I can do now compared to before is Unremarkable. I have already recommended as I Trust him Totally and my boys said he's been the best!! That's say Alot!!

My appointment was the first time visiting Swedish and I was blown away at my care from the moment I walked. Not only was the cleanliness welcoming but the staff was attentive to my needs starting with the receptionists. Dr. Jabar and his team were outstanding. Grateful to have been referred to his care. For the first time I am confident in my medical team and not worried to undergo my spinal surgery

Dr Jabbar was my surgeon for a cervical procedure in 2012. He was highly recommended by my Spine & Bone doctor. Dr Jabbar was excellent in explaining before, during and after the operation what to expect. His team was great. Always checking on me. It's been 2 yrs and I visit once a year now for an X-ray of my procedure to ensure everything is good. I would highly recommend Dr Jabbar for a surgeon.

Dr Jabbar was my surgeon for cervical fusion. I am grateful for his expertise and how he helped me overcome my fear of surgery. I was informed every step that would happen as well as follow-ups for a year. His team was awesome, caring, In constant contact day or night and made my experience a happy one. In the past 4 months we have been addressing a new medical issue causing severe pain. The team of specialists at Swedish have been life savers in diagnosing the problem in order to recommend procedures for addressing the problem. The Swedish team has been excellent in putting a priority on my case due to the increasing pain level.
