Dr. Nygen is my favorite doctor of all the physicians I see. He is attentive, listens, addressing medical issue I see him for. The only unfortunate issue is that is an emergency comes up and there is a need to reschedule you run the chance of having to wait 3-6mos to get back into rotation. Your patient load is overloaded and the hosp should take a better look at how patients are scheduled. It's a bit ridiculous.

Provider was cautious but respectful about his evaluation. He recommended another visit after one year or after six months if changes or problems arise. However, current results did not, in his judgment did not warrant medication or further testing. He was attentive and NOT dismissive, but reassuring. So, I would monitor my current ongoing condition and watch for changes. And make appointment changes accordingly.

Dr. Nguyen explained what he believed to be my problem in a patient, comforting way. I was frightened before I saw him. He used a visual of a brain to help me understand. He verbalized his narrative as he wrote it in layman's language so that I could reread it at home as many times as I felt necessary. He ordered my supplements so that they were ready to pickup at the pharmacy an hour later. Dr. Nguyen is a gem.

He listened to my concerns and did not dismiss my anxiety as neurosis, just because I got a good night sleep. I reviewed my recent accidents, including head injury as cause for further inquiry He suggested another test and a follow up appointment after the test results were available. I am relieved that he was concerned enough to inquire further.

Knowledgeable about the pain that's constantly limiting my ability to enjoy life and making it harder to be able to do simple activities. Appreciated the continued effort to lower the daily and night time flair up. Sincerely wish there was a way to lower the overall pain condition so that I could enjoy walks and life experiences with family.

He can identify my needs and offers clear instructions on what I can do to improve my everyday health. He has been a Godsend for me and has improved my overall health. Dr. Nguyen was very efficient and eased my worries regarding the MRI I took of my back & brain. Assured me all looked well. Listened to me regarding the issue that resulted into the cause of MRI's. The Neurologist was excellent - he described my symptoms accurately and explained what caused them. He was right on target, and, although the condition could not be reversed, he suggested ways to adapt to my diminished feeling of my feet nerves. I now can take steps to improve my diet and other lifestyle activities.

For getting an appointment it took me 6 months at the end I got appointment for consultation with doctor Alvin but I needed testing for my nerves even Dr Alvin was not assigned but he went extra mile and he did what I needed I am very grateful to Dr Alvin and I have appreciated him to do testing my nerves

Dr. Nguyen is skilled, knowledgeable, attentive, thoughtful, kind and compassionate. He explained my brain MRI results like a patient teacher. I was terrified before our visit. He calmed my fears and I left relieved. He is a beautiful human being and his patients are blessed to have his care.
