If you want to see this Doctor. It takes about 3 months. I had to see the P/A Sandra Garcia. She seemed niced (seemed) I took all the test she wanted got my medication (especially my Levothyroxin) that I have been taking since I was 16. I'm 61 now. All seemed good until I didn't show up for a follow up appointment. The was no procedure, just a follow up. Well now she won't refill my scripts unless I make an appointment. I am out of my meds and can't get them unless she approves them, which she hasn't thus far. Its only blood pressure meds and glandular, what could happen right. Perhaps a heart attack or a slow death due to not having synthroid in my system. It all about the $$$$ not the care. I thought Doctors took an oath? Oh wait she's not a Doctor and I hope she never will.

For the past few years I have had nothing but problems from Dr. Chang's staff at almost every interaction which resulted in personal pain, costly or near costly issues from their inaction to my care. When I would  try to get matters resolved the staff would blame other staff members, my insurance company, other related medical specialists, or me. The common denominator being it was never their fault. I made Dr. Chang aware of my experiences with his staff, but he is completely apathetic to the issues as seen by the continued problems. On multiple occasions when I would need a standing prescription refilled or a form completed, Dr. Chang always required an unnecessary and costly appointment for the equivalent of a 90 second conversation. On one occasion earlier this year, I tried to schedule an appointment and was told by a staff member that Dr. Chang only see's Chinese patients on certain days and that I would have to select a different date. Don't let his smiles fool you his actions tell the story.
