Dr. Kole was very personable and concerned with my needs/questions. She was very pleasant to speak to and made no judgements with my healthcare. I particularly chose Dr. Kole because of my research with finding a new primary physician. I asked previous patients, checked out health grades reviews, my insurance, and I also wanted a Providence physician. I am very pleased with Dr. Kole for my choice as my previous physician retired and I wasn't pleased with her counterpart. Dr. Kole is wonderful and she also answers emails sent to her via MyChart. I am very glad that I chose Dr. Kole to be my primary physician and would recommend her to someone looking for a physician. Her staff in the office are also very nice. Thank you.

Let me start by saying, everyone should be so lucky. Dr. Kole is most amazing physician ever and in every aspect of her treatments. The way she treats with respect and compassion. The way she behaves and helps. Obviously, she is most graceful, most helpful, and everything that goes along with that, time after time, for years. And also, relatively to other doctors she stands head and shoulder. Grateful me!! Thank you

99% was absolutely amazing! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. My provider listened to all my health concerns and was able to address most of them. I was shocked that Providence did not have any throat swabs in stock for the test I needed. Thankfully they were able to get them same day. Hopefully next time I won't need to come back for the throat swab!

I've never ever had any issue with this office and my provider has always shown concern, respect, is knowledgeable, easy to contact and quick to respond. They all provided service in excellence as it should be. I was a healthcare QA/QI director so I know what quality care looks like. I've never been disappointed with Providence or the providers.

I'm always impressed by the thoughtfulness, compassion, professionalism of the Providence system. I'm a firmer healthcare administrator and director of quality assurance/ quality improvement in healthcare spanning over 46 years so I know what quality care Is and isn't. And will let anyone know when It isn't. I've never had an issue.

Dr. Kole makes me feel very comfortable when I see her and she is very conscientious about answering all of my questions and explaining the results of any tests that I have had.I really appreciate the office staff, also. They are friendly and helpful. The whole Providence Health & Services experience has been a real blessing to me.

I desperately needed a new PCP and I was able to get in next day due to autoimmune concerns the next day. Dr. Kole herself listened to my concerns and answered all questions. She ordered additional blood tests as needed and was kind. She answers messages sent via MyChart very quickly which is invaluable.

The appointment started as a wellness check but, since I'm having cataract surgery in January I needed a pre-op evaluation. Dr. Kole authorized these 2 to be done just this once for which I'm grateful. It does seem like it takes a long time to get an appointment.
