Alexis Firman, has always been very respectful to me on my concerns. She took time with me and I have an extra appointment to have my right breast check out because I have concerns. I had breast surgery 5 years ago due to cancer so I'm just concerned about the pain I'm having. She didn't say maybe I'm just overly sensitive and not worry about it, she went ahead and ordered test to have it checked out for me. A lot of Drs don't listen to us "older" women. So I left from my appointment that day feeling better just to having been "heard". I'm praying nothing comes out from these test. Thank you Alexis for listening.

I've been extremely happy with the care I have received at Kadlec- everyone the lab, chemo area, doctor/ARNP section have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable! Being on the road of diagnosis and treatment is a really scary place to be but I've felt great support from everyone. Alexis has been awesome- she comes in with a smile and is so personable. I always feel I can ask any question and it'll be heard and answered with compassion and knowledge. She's a very special person and so thankful she's on my care team!

Alexis is one of the kindest people of I been in contact with at Kadlec. She responds to questions and concerns in a language I easily understand. She makes my questions seem like they are important and while I sometimes feel they might be worded incorrectly she responds like they are the most important work she is doing today. I know she is busy and has other clients to see, yet I do not feel rushed. She is good people.

All the staff that I have dealt with are fantastic, caring people that really do wonderful work. It takes a very special person that goes out of their way to take wonderful care to all patients, and do it with a friendly smile and attitude. These are the people that work at Kadlec. Thank you all for the work you do and keep providing the excellent care. I would not go anywhere else.

Alexis Is warm, thoughtful, smart, and wonderful. She spent time to even talk to my daughter who wanted to explain/ask questions about my medical concerns on the phone. Alexis listens well, and always explains everything clearly and thoroughly, and she called us after the lab results. Her responses to the messages are prompt as well. Really appreciate her.

Undergoing treatment for a cancer. Appointments & DR visists are monthly & scheduled well in advance, Only issue require removal of shoes for check in weight. Neuropathy pain in feet ankles. May or may not remove shoes, depending on amount of pain present. We are very satisfied with treatment at both doctors side & Infusion side in clinic.

I have been going to Oncology and hematology at the Cancer Center for 8 years. I have always been treated with great respect and patience with good care when I get the chance I always refer the Tri-City Cancer Center to anybody with cancer. Thank you for the great service & keeping me alive.

Alexis is a wonderful provider, listened to and addressed all my concerns, did not make me feel like I am wasting her time or that my concerns were bothersome to her in any way. She appears to look at the whole person vs only a diagnosis. I hope to be able to see her in the future.

I've always been greeted with a smile by everyone. Always been treated as if I was a family member. Even though I've been diagnosed with cancer, the staff and doctors lift my spirits and inspire me to continue the good fight against this disease. Kadlec has such great staff!

There was a mixup on the blood work being ordered due to the lab provider. The front office and the Dr worked through the issue at the time to allow me to get the blood work taken prior to my appointment so the Dr had results when needed to ensure things were good with me.
