A visit to the doctor does not normally leaving one with a sense of happiness and looking foreword to returning but somehow the people in this office are able to pull that off for the patient/family. Dr M is unassuming and pleasant. He is not a cookie cutter doctor as the mass are. He will not tell the patient what the best options for everyone are but instead opts to get to know the patient in order to make an informed decision. Everyone in the office is professional, pleasant and welcoming.He is only the 3rd doctor that I have found in spokane with these qualities. We are so happy to have met him and even luckier to have him as our medical professional.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Matousek. I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. He was able to put my mind at ease as I felt he definitely knew what he was talking about. His entire staff was very courteous and welcoming. In this day of "hurry up & wait" I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my visit.
