Today was my first visit to Modera Clinic and the office is beautiful, very modern. They offer free wifi and refreshments. The receptionist was very friendly. When I called to make the appointment on Monday they were going to be able to schedule me THAT day but I chose to come in on Wednesday due to work scheduling. I was greeted by Dr.Santiago's nurse promptly at 9am. I was very impressed that he didn't take me back to the room then leave me in there for an hour like my previous doctors office. He was very friendly and thorough. Dr.Santiago is adorable! She's a tiny little thing but has a big presence when in the exam room. She was patient, kind and listened. I never felt rushed and she made sure to discuss all my concerns. Once we were done she did a recap of what our next visit will consist of and sent me on my way. I HIGHLY recommend giving Dr. Santiago a call.
