Dr. Rajabali took the time to fully explain a situation she had observed after a review of my records and, as a result, the need for additional medication. Her explanation fully explained the need to discontinue taking another medication I had been taking (up to the time of my discussion with her). Given that the new medication will be expensive (but it is the best), alternatives to help lower the out-of-pocket costs for the new medication. I think she is a very competent and compassionate healthcare provider.

Very impressed with the provider. She knew her stuff very well, and not only read up on my particular heart condition, but even consulted with another professional who had more experience with the Brugada pattern. Then, not only did she give me the facts very frankly, but discussed all the options, even the ones that would likely be bad. The world needs more doctors like her that actually pay attention, care, and consult with others when needed.

My atrial fibrillation has returned and I have ongoing issues with low back pain, being overweight, and acute allergic asthma/COPD, plus early stage CHF. These all make it difficult for me to ambulate more than a block or so.but I like Dr Rajabali so much, that even though she's moved out of gateway, and getting to her is a lot more difficult, since I have to use public transportation, I choose to stay with her because she's that good.

I liked the doctor. She was on the same page as I and did what I wanted. She was brief and to the point. I am not sure if she read my medical records from when I was in the hospital in Feb 2022 in Florida. I wanted to ask her about that and a few other things. She did seem like she was in a hurry. The nurse told me the earlier patient was late and it messed up the schedule. The nurse and doctor were top notch and very friendly!

Dr. Rajabali was a good communicator and explained that, absent a low ejection fraction on the echocardiogram which she ordered during the visit, she thought my medications were working well and catheter ablation did not appear appropriate at this time. So, until she gets the results from the now scheduled echocardiogram, she doesn't want to do a procedure that appears unnecessary. I thought that was a great approach.

Dr. R was on the ball, friendy & knowledgeable. She gave the information available while saying that my case still requires investigation. They will do tests at my next visit & make decisions about surgery at that time. She listed possible procedures & complications while stating that she hopes for the least complicated choice for successful results. She was very clear & very kind. I am optimistic.

Dr. Rajabali was informed, attentive and helpful with information. Because the direction that the advice I was given was quite different than I had gone in expecting, I have scheduled to see her again after a test and ask a few questions I was not "on top of asking" the day I saw her. She was excellent. I look forward to working with her again as needed.

It was great! Dr A. Rajabali listened carefully and gave exceptionally clear and well reasoned explanations. My only negative response for this survey is that I'm waiting for the results of my 48hr. Cardio monitor. But I'm sure it's more important that my PC physician get that info (and they may have) I'm not sure I could make sense of the data.

I reached out after visit but not on phone. I used my chart. During hour plus visit, this specialized doctor was amazing in every way. Great communicator, well informed on me and my issue, extremely thorough with response to my issues, answered all my questions. I still have symptoms but assured benign so this was important to me. 10/10

Dr Rajabali is a completely excellent Doctor.I'am 72 years old and have seen many Doctors in my life time. I would say she's is one of the best, if not the best, I have ever been treated by. She instills confidence, knowledge and compassion. She is simply a excellent Doctor and a very kind lady.
