i had a appointment for 10:15 for a laceration and possibly a fracture waited for an hour with my foot propped up by crutch due to the waiting room being full approx 25 people.i waited an hour and i ask were we are in line front desk says their are 3 ahead of us so i wait another hour and ask again keep in mind my injury and what i have to do to keep it supported by this time my foot and legs have completely fell asleep as if it wasn't had enough already she tells me again their are three ahead so i sit down after six or eight people go ahead of me i ask her whats going on she then told me i was next at this time i have had enough my mind nor body can take anymore.
to add insult to injury no water,the only reading material was that free crap you get from the side of the road and their wasn't even enough of that  to go around.no one came out to try to make me comfortable.
i was the youngest at 31 in the office and i and everyone else was forced to watch babar me unfortunately for 2 hours that alone shows me that no office member care or pays attention to the cattle in the waiting room.
this office is so badly managed that from 9-10 am, 1 hr they became 2 hr behind how does that happen
