Dr. Yan did a wonderful job removing the basal cell in my upper left arm. I never felt pain before, during, or after the procedure and that includes today’s stitches removal. Dr. Yan has a beautiful “bedside manner.” In addition to answering all questions, he conversed with me casually before and after the procedures, putting me at ease. Dr. Yan is friendly, professional, talented at what he does, and highly proficient. I highly recommend him.
