I felt very uncomfortable with the whole experience. They essentially had no appointments - first red flag. I knew this since I was able to get an appointment 1 week in advance with many open options. Then on the day of the appointment when I said I was going to be late, no issue at all. At the appointment, the technician only polishes your teeth because the dentist is going to "clean" them. However, the dentist just took only 1 tool, went around each my teeth and said "all good!". Her hand was shaking slightly the whole time so I was worried she was going to hurt me or damage something. I said wait a minute I can still feel plaque, but as she started cleaning again, I was so nervous with her hand shaking that she was going to damage my gum line, since I could tell she didnt realize what she was looking at. I got out of that chair and office as fast as possible. I also asked her and the technician to clean my retainers, which I always bring in to get cleaned, and they had no idea what to do. No equipment or experience.
